Elf Org Chart

Flat $1.50 shipping

By nature elves organize themselves (see what I did there?) into rigid social & labour hierarchies. An elf's status within the North Pole workforce is denoted by the colour of their hat and also dictates the career opportunities available to them.

  • Fair-Trade Elves - Red hats perform a bulk of the manual labour and skilled production work in toy assembly, candy manufacture, transport, loading & Airborn Ungulate care
  • Cubicle Elves - Blue hats possess an aptitude for clerical, information technology, design & marketing (if you can call that work), or mid-level management meetings. Did you file your TPS report? Blue elf is on it.
  • C-Elf-O - Green hats occupy the highest levels of the elf organization, with C-Elf-Os responsible for strategic planning, overseeing operations, taking expensive junkets, and golfing with other C-Elf-Os.

The Elf Organization chart includes one of each type to remind you that toys and Christmas treats don't just happen, there's a whole team of elves behind each gift.
